Honoring Inner Signals

I noticed how quickly I moved away from what I knew.

Not because it wasn’t clear, but because I didn’t stay with it.

So this is where the practice begins.

When something rises in me—subtle, immediate, or quiet. I don’t override it.

I don’t look outward for confirmation.
I don’t reshape it to make it easier to hold.

I honor it.

Even if it doesn’t make sense yet.
Even if nothing around me reflects it back.

A small practice: feel it, pause, follow.

Not perfectly.
Just honestly.

This is how I stay with myself.

This is the practice of devotion.

Prompt: What is my body telling me right now in this moment?

Practice: Notice one body cue (tightness or ease). Let it guide one small healthy choice. Sometimes this means doing nothing at all, but taking a deep breath.
