Returning to What is True

I was able to distinguish between the narrative and reality.
Now comes the practice.

The true measure of devotion isn’t in grasping something, but in how I act upon that understanding.

I pay attention to my body’s signals to rest.
When my mind calls it failure, I don’t follow.

A brief practice: stop, assess, and reply based on the present reality.

This is my method for establishing self-trust.
It’s not about compulsion; it’s about yielding.

Again and again.

Not the story.
The truth.

Prompt: How does honoring what I see manifest in practice?
