Let it Stand

I moved from what I felt.

I trusted it.

And then nothing else was needed.

There was no next step to figure out. No need to check if I moved the right way. No need to understand why it shifted.

The moment had already completed itself. So I didn’t follow it further.

I didn’t turn back to look at it. I didn’t try to hold onto the openness. I didn’t try to keep the feeling going.

I let it end. This is the part I’m learning.

Not everything that shifts needs to be continued. Not everything that opens needs to be sustained. Some things are meant to move through.

And when they do, they don’t need my help to stay. So I let it land and stand.

Without carrying it forward or turning it into something to maintain.

Just allowing it to be what it was and letting that be complete.

Prompt: Where can you let what you know be enough?

Practice: Pause after clarity. Do not seek confirmation.
