Trusting What I Feel
I stayed with what I felt. The shift in the heaviness.
Not long enough to analyze it ,but just long enough to notice that it had already shifted.
And now the practice becomes different.
Not just staying with the feeling, but trusting it.
Letting it guide what comes next without needing to turn it into something.
No meaning added. No explanation. Just movement from what is already there.
The heaviness changed. So I moved differently. More open. Less effort.
I didn’t question it. I didn’t go back to check it. I followed it.
A small practice: feel, notice, move. Not based on thought ,but from what is already present.
This is where embodied trust begins.
Not in understanding the feeling ,but in letting it lead.
Prompt: In your body, where is the sensation of trust emerging right now?
Practice: Notice one inner signal and follow it without questioning.
